Privacy policy

Effective 1 July 2026 · Camphouse AB · loudly is a service of Camphouse AB.

Who we are

loudly is an AI-native social media tool operated by Camphouse AB, a company registered in Sweden under company number 556790-6689, with its registered office at Nybrogatan 11, 114 39 Stockholm, Sweden. In this policy, "loudly", "we", "us" and "our" mean Camphouse AB.

We are the controller of the personal data described here. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@camphouse.io.

What loudly does

loudly proposes ready-to-publish, brand-grounded social media content drawn from live trends, and publishes the posts you approve to your connected social accounts. To do that we process account information, the brand and content you create in loudly, and limited usage data.

Personal data we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address, and authentication details, handled through our identity provider (Clerk).
  • Workspace and brand content — the brand kit, products, reference images, drafts, and posts you create, plus the website URL you enter at onboarding.
  • Connected-account data — the access tokens and account identifiers needed to publish to the social platforms you connect.
  • Billing data — your plan, credit balance, and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, features used, and basic log and device information. Analytics that use cookies run only after you accept them.

How we use your data and our legal basis

  • To provide and operate the service, including generating and publishing content — to perform our contract with you.
  • To take payment and manage your subscription — to perform our contract with you.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and keep records — our legitimate interests.
  • To improve loudly through analytics — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To send service and, where you have opted in, product messages — contract and consent.

Cookies and analytics

We set a small number of essential cookies — your sign-in session and your cookie choice itself — which are always on because the service cannot work without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline, and you can change your mind later; declining turns analytics off entirely.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with the sub-processors below, each only for the purpose shown and under a data-processing agreement. We also send the brand content and prompts needed to generate your drafts to AI model providers, accessed through Vercel's AI Gateway. We do not sell your personal data.

To surface relevant moments, loudly also queries third-party data sources — news, search-trend, weather, and public-holiday providers — using your brand's settings such as topics, country, and timezone. These queries carry brand configuration, not personal data about you.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the EU/EEA, mainly in the United States. Where personal data is transferred there, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons — for example, invoices.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@camphouse.io. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Other sites

loudly links to and publishes to third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies. This policy covers only loudly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as loudly evolves. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
